He's got a no-no going through 6 IP, against....(who else)....the Rays.

Still, my stash likes this, so I'm ambivalent.

NO matter what happens, I think even the most die-hard Phils fans would want this trade back. WAYYYY over paid for a guy who was there for not even a full, very disappointing, Year. Hunter "Goofy" Pence.

"Let's go eat!" is something Pence was quoted saying after hitting a Walk-off in Philly. VERY ironic considering the problem, the other Prospect in the Pence deal, Jonathan Singleton seems to have...

BTW, Zobrist broke up the no-no in the 7th.

8 innings of shutout ball in your MLB debut?

As an Astros fan, i'll take it.

Glad to see a top of the rotation arm produced from the Phillies farm to ours.

Hopefully Springer and Singleton see time this year as well.

Further proof that the Hunter Pence trade was a horrific blunder. Adding a wild swinger to a team that needed a disciplined hitter and giving up your best pitching prospect and hitting prospect to get it. It was a massive overpay...AND then to top it off, we threw in Domingo Santana. This one burns and burns bad.

Yep.

And I'm usually not worried about trading prospects for the "last piece" kind of guy to win in the Post-season and usually in favor of it...

This is all I've got for autos on the guy. I would like to see this one graded. Came on redemption. Were all his autos redemptions?

Also got this:

Yes, they were redemptions. And to make it worse, half were actually redeemable for Darin Mastrioanni, who never signed. Hopefully this will make for a nice spike.

I have a Blue Ref Auto currently up, which already has over 30 watchers.

I'm glad for him. I always considered buying some of his Chrome autos but never got around to it.

Back to Triple A for Cosart.

yep, that's why it's a FAIL to me. ;) Cosart gets it done for the horrible Astros club and yet they send him back to Triple-A when the astros need a roster spot for someone else. I hope some astro comes up wtih a fake injury in a few days so Cosart can be recalled in five days and make his second MLB start.

I agree with BCA - just sold the Pristine BGS 10 / 10 Blue Ref Auto for $303.51, and the Pristine BGS 10 / 10 Refractor Auto for $143.50...

Very pleased to unload two cards off my hands... ;)
