This card was my friends card. I was the one who told him to slab it because it was a 10. I also told him not to run it auction because of the risk involved in only getting $125-$150. However I do think it is worth more than $120. Just not $400.

First off, I paid a lot more than $120 for the card. Second of all i think the completed listings on ebay are confusing you guys on what this card is really worth. If raw ones can bring $100 why cant a BGS 10 bring 4x that. If you dont wanna pay that thats fine. I really have no problem holding it until I find a buyer. IMO the ones that have sold have completly destroyed the market for it. Maybe ill just have to wait. Or maybe Im juat stupid and the card isnt worth that....IDK...My price might be a tad bit high but I dont think it is rediculous. There is a member asking $190 for his taillon ref auto /99 bgs 10. Although he isnt quite the prospect that taillon is he is in high demand and this is a black /25. I am open to offers if you have them.

so your saying because i bought the card for a good price I cant flip it and make a nice profit. Im not trying to fool anyone. The card is clearly worth more than what he sold it to me for. Im not sure what you point is or where your coming from. People are welcome to check the completed listings. that will tell you that the listing didnt last verylong before i bought it off ebay. if you dont like the price you can stay away.

I think his point is that have been saying you didn't buy it for $120. Which, apparantly he is saying you did. That is all. We both have talked about it, and you told me as well that you paid alot more than $120. Either way, it doesn't matter to me. Nice card, you got a good deal, you can ask what you want for it. And since you "already have an offer over $300", then there is nothing to worry about. Good luck on your sale.

I can tell you that the OP did NOT pay $121.48 for this card. Another board member won the original auction and the OP purchased the card from him.

That is a fact. The card was relisted on ebay and the seller who won the card for $121 and I agreed on an off ebay deal.
