Jayson Werth to NL All Star Team

I still don't see the debate. If six Phillies deserve to be an All-star, then six Phillies should be on it. The only argument you really have is Ryan Howard b/c there are three other 1B having better seasons than he is.

I would've taken Pablo over Howard, sure. But it's not like Howard isn't doing what he normally does - on pace for 50 bombs.

And while i agree with you (with pablo and how Howard is on pace for a lot of bombs this year), Pujols and Adrian are also on pace for 50+

I have no problems with Howard being on the team either. I just know many do.

I think Charlie was justified in everyone of his selections thus far.

I'd love to see Pablo on the NL team but such is life, he'll have other seasons and other chances. As far as there being too many Phillies, that's the advantage of winning the World Series, you get to choose some of those extra bench players and reward your fans.
