I will admit ... As a Yankee fan and New Yorker, part of my reason for posting this was to hope for that fake "jynx" effect that always seems to occur with these MB posts about guys who are pitching well ...

That said, I do think he deserves to be right near the top of the list of candidates for AL ROY, and probably should win it. Too bad TB is not likely playoff-bound or he might get a lot more attention later this month/in October.
