You don't bud. Until you finish both 40's. It's very hard, lmao. I thought about pissing in my pants (I did it twice - edward 40 hands that is, not peeing my pants - back in college).

You get 3/4 the way done and have to pee so bad you just chug the rest. I'd rather puke than pee my pants.

There's usually at least one person that doesn't participate. They're the person that enforces the rules and takes the bottles off peoples hands once they're gone. There's not really any way to have everyone involved because who's going to tape up the last persons hands? Unless someone else does it and then leaves. Which would be rather stupid because then you're all stuck with 40's taped to your hands.
