It's not an NBA thing. I keep hearing "best NBA story..." or "only good story about the NBA..." but what has been a similar story in any sport?

And that was in 1999, so to my point it isn't the best story out of the NBA in years. It's the best story in sports in years.
He has only started 7 games so he can improve, also he's been trying to do too much and that also elevates his turnover numbersboomo said:45 turnovers in 7 games? 45?? really?
a record for turnovers, and his cards
are doing what they are doing? how can the
entire population of a planet be so stupid.
just sad

boomo you are slowly proving yourself to be the saddest New York sports fan in the world.
The team is 7-1 with Lin playing. They have beaten the Lakers (without Carmelo and Amare) and yes, they lost to the Hornets, but are beginning to prove they can be a top team in not just the East, but all of basketball.
Let us not forget that he is technically a rookie based on amount of time spent in the NBA. He is young and will learn and, once JR Smith and Carmelo are playing, will have quite a bit less turnovers. He's been given the reigns to do with as he pleases and will have those high TO games.
Imagine going from not worthy of a bench spot to starting PG WITHOUT having any time in training camp to familiarize yourself with the coach and team.

its more about pricing. how can a card that got 7 dollars be getting 2200.00 now?
this is not helping anything cept the few lucky jerks who had one. does the assnut who is paying
the 2200 think he will get 4000 for it soon? this is what makes me upset, that i have to
share my air with people that stupid.

Why would it upset you how other people spend their money? If someone wants to pay $2000 for a J. Lin rookie card rather than wait a month to pick it up for 20% of the price, then more power to them.

BECAUSE it proves lack of intelligence. Our world stands no chance of improvement the dumber down we get.
