Jerome has had two great games back-to-back. 286 yards and 3 touchdowns two weeks ago and 148 yards and one touchdown last week. Is he for real or is it because he did it against the Chiefs and Raiders? His cards have been pretty hot since so what are your thoughts?

I have been saying for two years to give him the ball and watch him produce....I have a ton of his stuff waiting for him to break out.....he will rush again for another 100 yards on sunday......think about it......

the Browns have NO QB.....in the two games Harrison rushed for 425+ yards and the QB have passed for 188. That is an AVERAGE of 90 yards passing a game...normally the pass opens up the run.....he is doing it all on his own against a team last week that beat Philly and Cincy.

As a Browns fan i like Jerome a lot, but it was against 2 of the worst run Ds in the NFL. i think he has a ton of upside but not sure if he is as good as he looks right now. i really hope i am wrong and he is the real deal though

decent RB on a bad team, I would say he can produce but not always at those numbers

I don't know yet b/c the yards did come against two of the league's weaker teams.

the raiders have the 29 rushing defense in the NFL and gave up 150 yards a game on the ground. they were not a good D against the run. And KC was 31st giving up 160 a game. there were plenty of RBs who had big games against them.

when did i say i wasnt a believer? i am a browns fan i am rooting for the guy. i just want to see him get some carries against better teams before i say he is the one we have been looking for. like i said in my first post i think he has a ton of upside and has the potential to be a big play guy for the browns. my skeptical views come from being a browns fans all my life. they have let me down too many times

I dont think he will be a full time starter. I could see them running by committee between Harrison, Davis, and Jennings. When teams know the Browns dont have a legitimate passing game, they will focus on the running game. Thats where the committee comes in.

He has 3 games of 120+ yards this year......he had a big game against cincy earlier this year.

just saw this:

Browns coach Eric Mangini said he has seen RB Jerome Harrison improve in practice and in pass protection, the two areas that was keeping him on the bench. Harrison has rushed for 434 yards the last two games and an average of 5.9 yards a carry.

Harrison said he was perplexed when after his big game against cincy he never saw the ball again.....he improved on those two areas and is now the workhorse.

I watched the patriots run through the jags last week for probably 150+ yards.......watch the browns do the same......even more impressive they won't pass for 100 yards.....and have the the wrong 'brady'

He's the real deal. Yes, they were weaker run defenses, but he still impressed me. While I don't think he'll be getting 200+ yards again anytime soon, he will be a consistent 100 yard/game rusher. If the Browns don't plan on him being their stud in the future, then I believe they really are just trying to be the worst team in the league.
