So i email Topps this morning and get this response.

So i reply, How do you explain the live Montero chrome auto that was on Ebay 2 weeks ago?

So I decided to call up Customer Service after reading the email that moxacaine received. They informed me that they send out the email when the items are packed and ready to ship, but because they do mass mailing, it could take up to 4 weeks to receive the card. I asked why if so many people received this email on Feb 25th, has only one shown up on eBay, and they had no answer. They also told me it was an error that it says 10-14 days, when they created the online redemption program that is all they expected it to take.
I then asked about Flores (08 Draft), Inoa (08 Draft) and Sketch cards (09 Topps). The two autos haven't been signed by the players yet. The sketch cards were received 2-3 weeks ago and are going through quality control and then they will be shipped to the fulfillment center.
