Montero has a great bat that will "play anywhere." 80 on the power scale. Many think he will not stay behind the plate. Sounds like a leader. The Yanks upper management has been and is VERY high on him.
Flores is very young and so there isn't as much confidence in him at this point. Compared to Miguel Cabrera. 6'3" and may outgrow shortstop. Projected to play 3rd or corner outfield. I like the fact that he has good plate discipline. Some think he might reach Double A at age 17 given the way the Mets move their players.
