has anyone seen this auction, is the seller negotiable? Seller put 'refactor' so was just seeing if someone missed it

Votto's rookie was in 2002 Bowman Draft.
So that's technically a sixth year card. ('02, '03,' 04,' 05, '06, '07)
$175 seems outrageous to me, even for a red /5, but what do I know?
