He has had an inner ear infection that has limited his playing time recently. I bet the DL stint has at least something to do with that.

yeah at least it is FINALLY official! ive been so hit and miss with him the past week or two on starting him. id start him and hed sit out 2 games...id bench him and he hit 2 home runs. lol i couldnt win. at least now i know to move him to the bench for tomorrow.

That is exactly what happened to me except I was lucky enough to have him in for the 2 hrs.

Any news on why he has been out. I was reading on a Reds board about internet rumors flying about why he has been out? any idea what they are. I guess I haven't heard them. They wouldn't say what they were.
