Trading for Halladay wouldn't be a half year rental. It seems a lot of people in this thread think Halladay is a free agent after this year. He's not.
Either way, for the Brewers to make a trade for Halladay, they would have to believe that they are ONE piece away from making a run at it. If they think that, they're stupid. Even a pitcher like Halladay can't take this team that far.
