....and now we see what happens with LuCroy and Salome in AAA.

Can they co-exist?
Who is promoted?
Who is traded?

This just makes no sense with 2 catchers at the Major League level hitting under .150. One or the other should be called up soon.

Watch for Lucroy to be called up soon, Kottaras gone, and Salome traded with Corey Hart and a Pitcher for a budding OF.

Lucroy has some major pop. He hit a homer at the ST game I went to. I am hoping he ends up their catcher of the future. I like him.

If your speaking of Anthony Witrado, he does not know Brewers baseball, Tom Haudricort does.

Um...no. I wasn't. Thanks for the education on the Brewers/MLB beat writers for the Brewers though. :)

I don't think AW is the best either, but I think Haudricourt can be a complete ass as well.

I like McAlvey though.

He's getting closer and closer....

I think it'll happen this year, but don't look for him until A) they make damn sure he can hit/catch at AAA and B) the Brewers won't lose a year of control by bringing him up too early in the year.

Indeed. The catching situation in Milwaukee needs a little boost, or at least a different flavor, but it's no reason to start Lucroy's clock quite yet. I'll bet a grand he's not Finest Redemption #3, :-D
But when Angel actually comes back to baseball to stay (when his kid finally pops out) they'll have to put him somewhere. AA would be seen as a demotion... I'm going to Milwaukee on May 24, and I sincerely believe we'll see one of these two dudes on the big club by the time I park my butt in the front row of Miller Park.

Huh? Why would the Brewers be looking for a budding OF when they have the worst pitching staff in all of baseball, and one of the lower tier bullpens and closer(who really has no velocity left)?

If they were trading Corey Hart and Salome, I would sure hope they were looking for pitching in return.
