Ya they are sweet I have the 3 of them. I had an opportunity to get the green and purple with the ***/ last year but didn't pull the trigger. *Maybe if he would have had all 3 I would have done it.

Yea I hear you on this... I had the chance at the Belles but someone jumped in and took the reds. I passed all together but it's actually a board member here who has them. $350+ for them now and that isn't happening... For Belle at least.

You need to buy the hat Jose was wearing when that ball bounced off his head for a home run:lol:

I would agree! This is legendary for a collector of his.

By the way, I'm still struggling to understand just how perfect your collection is... What I mean is how many different cards of his do you own? 99% of major companies? Like you have an amazing collection from what I can see but I feel like you might just have high ticket cards and really like 20% of his cards. Here nor there and still awesome but you claim perfect and I'm lost when it comes to this.

Am I just supposed to show you guys everything in one post!? This is the only picture I have of my base PC - It is a pain to get the collection out to photograph. I will grab some shots and start a new thread in a few days.

This picture is from a few years ago and just of the more recognized card brands from 1993 to present. Is there somewhere to post a want list on this forum - Also, thanks again for the great feedback it means a lot to me.

I guess I missed this when you first posted it. Amazing collection!

Can't say I'm surprised to see some of the borderline negativity. Seems sort of common sense to me that one wouldn't want to post scans of every single base card. ::facepalm::

Absolutely awesome collection, no doubt about it. I just think he is opening himself up to a lot of naysayers and scrutiny when he uses the word "perfection" to describe the collection. People like to tear others down, it's part of human nature unfortunately.

I think calling a collection perfection is not bragging as much as saying its the greatest hands down. He has some amazing cards.

It's a JOSE CANSECO collection, even the OP knows it's a perfect collection of one of the most imperfect players in history! It's all in fun of course!

I'm thinking of starting a Lenny Dykstra collection called Nails & Jails.

Great collection there, one of the best PC I've ever seen!

Thanks so much for sharing your Canseco collection; very nice indeed. You stated earlier that you continue to upgrade so you have to be very organized in your collection to know what is an upgrade. Do you have any tips for storage, tracking, etc. for us (ok...me) who has a very unorganized collection?

Also, do you collect any GU items, i.e. bats, jerseys, etc.?

Funny you should ask!

Here is an update to my collection:

And here is a thread I started the other day about organizing, etc:

I have a game issued Toronto Blue Jays bat inked up real nice, a Long Beach Armada game issued bat, a couple wristbands, a ball or two, and a pair of his Blue Iridium OAKLEY sunglasses!
