Josh Beckett collectors - any info on this auto?

I picked this up the other day from a random box in a local shop and I've never seen it before; in fact, not even sure what year it's from (although I would assume his rookie year, 99). It's a Just auto featuring Josh when he played for the Kane County Cougars and it's #'d out of 100. Any idea what it's worth or at the very least what it is?
