I wonder if the pirates think his 2019 was his career best type year and he wouldn't be worth trying to resign or what? I feel like if you find the middle point between the past two seasons that's who he is. The pirates are just lost right now. Seems a shame thought that they could have had potentially two awesome corners in bell and hays
