Josh Hamilton 2000 Topps Tek Question.....

How yall doing this is my first post as i just came across this site. I recently acquired a 2000 topps tek Josh Hamilton. After putting in multiple google image searches as well as Ebay i have been unable to find it. The card Number is 38-18 and its definetly gold. Im understanding that there were golds numbered to 10. This card is not numbered but im thinknig that it was a released print run because my card is Gold. Any info anyone has regarding this would be great.

The golds I believe come in a bunch of patterns. Only 1 of the patterns is listed on beckett.

Being that the cards are rare and come in many variations, it is highly likely that there is not an image example available on the internet.

I think that the card you have might be the tek color cards - those were patterns 16-20 and I know that yellow was one of the colors (and I am pretty sure it was pattern 18) they used and they were not serial numbered.

The Tek Golds have the sequentially numbered stamping on the back in the bottom corner.

The gold are numbered and have two rounded corners...The yellow looks gold but has all 4 square corners.
