I'm loving the combo of those 2...I hope Washington realizes that Borbon is alot better leadoff guy than Kinsler, Andrus and Borbon back to back works out very well. I'd rather have Kinsler batting 3-5 than 1st.

I'm not sure Ivan Rodriguez in his prime would be throwing out runners with the way Penny "holds" runners. Granted, Varitek isn't helping matters, but Penny is ridiculous.

Penny gets the ball to the plate barely under 1.5 seconds. The norm to have a chance at throwing an average to average+ is around 1.1. Varitek isn't good by any means at throwing out runners, but im not sure if any catcher could help. He has only thrown out 9% of runners so far this season, but a ton of those have been off of Penny

awesome all over again. the kid is doing everything that is asked of him and more. i would like for him to stay up here and get a grove as to playing in the outfield so he can get ready for next year.
