i feel like alot of the guys that signed TTM for you guys are very random. Do you guys send to anyone you know will probably return?? i'm asking cuz i'm new to this, i just started. I'm collecting Hall of Famers and trying to get my 1973 Topps set signed. There might be a few players that don't fall in that category if I have a nice looking card that I could get auto'd.

I assume you have considered the fact that you won't be able to complete that set....Clemente probably doesn't exist.

Neither will Ruth, Walter Johnson and others. I have already considered that. I've put together a list of those that I might get. I'm not getting assistant coaches, team cards, players deceased when the cards came out (includes Clemente). I still have a total of 655 autographs to get in the set (allowing for triples for the RC cards).

I don't think I will complete this set, but I'll have fun trying.

I have never sent a card to a player just because he is a good TTM signer. I just send to players I like and that's make writing the letter easier,, of course not sending to the big guys(although I got David Wright once, probably ghost signed, but I didn't care).
