Thanks for the comments guys, I agree low grade vintage really looks nice signed. I decided to go after the remaining living players from the '51 Bowman set as a new project.

That should be an interesting experience! I still have that Tom Saffell I need to send...

Yeah I wish I started this a few years ago since there is only around 60 players still living and two passed away within the last month. I would send out that card you have asap.

Yes that is today's project. I will probably pursue some other 51 bowmans as well. I like the fact that you can buy cheap low grade ones on ebay for cheap. I plan on having all of mine authenticated so they don't get messed up anymore than they already are
