He lives only about 2 hours from me so that helped but yeah I was still shocked with a 3 day success. Low grade vintage is really affordable, and considering most of these guys are well into their 80's it's much more rewarding to add them to my collection over modern cards I usually send out.

edit: I really had to "work" for this one. Every Sunday the Rockies have autograph signings. They have 4 lines for a different player. Each player signs for 20 minutes or less! They announced the signers (Tulo, Iannetta, Belisle, Chacin) and I knew it would be a mad dash for Tulo. It was about 250 yards to where he was signing. I was the first one there. I'd say about 10% of the line actually got something signed.

Interesting fact,

I was out of town playing in a soccer tourney and I bought a couple packs. 1 had an Andy LaRoche RC and the other had BOTH brothers in the same pack.

Last Friday went to Pawsox-Rochester Red Wings game. Got Neshek 4 cards and BP home run ball I caught. ALso got Rich Hill on Pawsox ball I' starting.
