I have had this item tucked away in a pile of posters and large items since it was issued. I don't remember exactly where I got it, but assume it was from a local hobby shop. I have tried to do some real basic searching for it, but nothing in depth. Just looking to find out a little more about the item and how many might have been floating around, changing hands on the open market recently, if any. I was wondering if any of you Yankee, Jeter or promo collectors might have one as well. If so, how do you store or display it? The best reason I can give for still having it today, besides the tendency to keep just about anything I obtain, is the utter thought of trying to ship this safely is deterrent enough to not want to try to trade or sell it.

I'm guessing they may be "somewhat" limited nearly 20 years later, given what it is and the size, and any number of them sent to dealers originally could have been damaged or tossed at some point after the issue was sold out. This is roughly the size of the average poster. It is thicker than a poster though, maybe 1/8" or slightly more. There are some pieces on back that aided in display that are part of the piece. I have photographed it with a standard baseball card for reference.

Wow! If that was Gwynn, I'd be crapping! That thing is sweet, and it would be displayed if I had it,

If Bagwell was used as a promo piece, it would be hanging in my room. But i agree, trying to ship that would be a lot more than sending a regular rolled up poster.

I have one as well as a Maddux and Nelson has a Jeter. From what I remember it was from Foot Locker as that where I got mine asked them what they were going to do with it after they were done displaying and they gave me both. I could have sworn they had a Griffey as well but someone else claimed that. Hopefully this helps and if anyone is looking for a Maddux let me know if your in the Virginia Beach area.

Are they about 28x20 or so? I've got a few. My favorite is a Beezer Pinnacle Mask dufex.

They were given out out to dealers as POS displays
