Been on the phone with the morons that work for Comcast for several hours about this channel. Had 3 diff. reps tell me 3 diff. things.

From what I gather -

1 - I will have to order the sports package to get MLB Network

2 - Then after I order it....it won't be available in my area until spring '09 :shock: :lol: :lol:


Oh well.

Yea... after the live Hot Stove Report its Don Larsen all night long. I work tonight so Ill just watch the Hot Stove and catch some stuff on the weekend.

Just hope I can turn away from Investigation Discovery long enough.... this channel is great.

This is great ... baseball and Harold Reynolds back on TV. I wonder if baseball will ever lure away anyone from ESPN ... not the ex-athletes, but one of the big three ... Gammons (never will happen though), Olney or Kurkjian. The last two may want to get out of Gammons shadow. Gammons may want to be closer associated with baseball, but he seems that he would be loyal to baseball.

I thought the same thing. The countdown was great.

Thought for sure Ruth would be #3.

For those who didnt see it they had a 30 second countdown they showed the backs for 30 MLB'ers jerseys to countdown the final 30 seconds.
