I was thinking when I hear Mel Allen here, it would be nice if they replayed some of the old This Week in Baseball shows. MLB Network will succeed in the offseason where the NFL Network will struggle. Football is more popular now, but baseball has such a rich history. I would like it if they showed some of the old interviews of HOFers. That was great about the little mini-interview with Carl Hubbell during this game. I love this stuff.

Yea Football is all about the season.. and playoffs... after that it gets pushed aside until the draft. and again until the season begins.

Baseball has sooooo much to talk about during the offseason. They knew football would be done at the end of Dec.... so Jan 1st launch would be perfect. Thats usually when my minds starts to turn back towards baseball as well. And for sure once the playoffs are done for good. Soon pitchers and catchers will start to report.
