Just bought my first Razor Metal Auto. Thoughts?

I've been eyeing some of the razor metal autos (especially the exclusive autos), but haven't pulled the trigger til now. Short print run, but seemingly little love on ebay so far. Anyone think these could be big in the future if one of the exclusive autos blows up? I'm thinking it's very possible, but who knows, maybe not. Worked with Wieters and his EEE.

Not sure I want to say just yet (seems selfish, I know). But it was a very low price player (< $3.50 per card)that several folks on this board are probably well aware of.

The guy I bought is only 18 (that's my only hint), so I'm thinking he's got at least 2 more seasons in the minors.

Thanks. I don't think it's that hard to figure out, but I do think his cards will probably be at $15 plus in about 3 or 4 months. Most people don't realize how good he's been this year.

I love and hate threads like this.....there's a part of me that wants to get in on THE card to have or THE player to pick up before they make it big and I can't afford their 1st year autos....guys like Longoria and Braun. I also know I don't have the knowledge to really see it coming for myself either. However, that's not exactly the reason I got into collecting anyway. If the guy I pick up ends up bombing, I don't want to hate having puchased their card. I guess I need to find some happy medium.....of course this is coming from a guy who's been collecting Justin Upton, who up until this year hadn't really done anything.

.....well I supposed I detracted enough for this post. Sorry for that and good luck on the razor puchase. I picked up a few autos myself from razor and I hope they do well.

I think these are going to be easy profit cards a few years down the road. If some of the exclusives make noise in the minors, the $3-5 investment per auto will seem like pocket change. I'd rather spend $80 on 20 Metal autographs of my choosing than buy wax that will give maybe one or two decent prospect autos, if that.
