It all started with a triple signed 1982 Topps rookie card. After completing 3 copies of the card I decided it would be fun to try to get signed copies of Cal's other rookie issues. I was able to get a 1981 TCMA and 1981 WTF signed through Ironclad along with a 1982 Topps Traded. Tonight I was able to work out a deal on authenticated copies of the 1982 Donruss and Fleer. Cards are on the way so I hope I don't jinx it. I doubt I will ever have a signed Charlotte Police but a WBTV might become a reality. Here's the run thus far with the 1981 issues:

Some day I hope to accomplish the same.

Thanks so much. Yikes on that sig. Fortunately the copies I picked up were all either signed through Ironclad or authenticated through PSA/DNA. I did ask an expert about the PSA/DNA copies I purchased and he checked them out as legit. I actually picked up the Fleer and Donruss copies for what it would cost to get signed through the dealer rate at Ironclad.

Very, very nice. I don't get jealous too often, but you've got me green with envy.

That certainly means a lot coming from you. I have seen your collection page and the word impressive would be an understatement.

When you decide to start going for the TCMA card be sure to use some caution. My site still says that there are no known TCMA counterfeits. That needs to be corrected. You may have seen that someone posted some scans of a fake 1981 TCMA they had purchased. The colors were off which was a big warning. The biggest warning was that the person inverted the back of the card which was the biggest red flag.

Those are great! Got to say I've always been kind of partial to the 82 Fleer for some reason.

I think the signature is legit, and believe IndyMann was referring to *** putting their sticker right on the front of the card. If not, my apologies for assuming.

On another note, that is a cool feat and they look great together. My favorite is the B/W Red Wings. The centered signature with the bright blue really displays well.

I decided to follow through with the blue ink after completing the 1982 Topps triple signed in blue. I agree that the blue on the B/W card makes it jump out.
