Because I've seen unnumbered copies that lack the Executive's signature on the back. I thought there was always a chance someone forged the sigature and put a fake 1/1 stamp on it.

No its not just Polamalu cards, its basically anything made by Fleer/Skybox from 2004/05 and back. I take it you are new(er) to the sportcard hobby?

definitely not new. i just never buy anything from that era to begin with.
