Great looking card by the way! You should check out the offer-ers feedback and see what kind of recent purchases they have had. If they are high end, chances are hopeful they meant to add the extra zero

Jimmy, I've been getting asshats nonstop doing that over the past few months instead of putting in offers. They'll either say "will you take $***.xx for this card?" or "what is the lowest you'll go on this card?".

"I saw on a reality tv show where a guy said that the person who makes the first offer loses the leverage, so I'm going to make an offer without setting the price" is probably the logic on it.

Put it at .99 and let it go. Then you will know the true value of a card. If it ends and you don't like the price don't send it and take the neg hit. I truly hate BIN or best offer. Most are outrageously over priced to begin with. Case in point I will not even bother with this one. Why, what do I offer? That is a $200 card at best. Last time one of these popped up I offered $200 and was told to not waste his time. That card went unsold with mine as the only offer. The seller contacted me a month later and asked if I still wanted it for $200.I responded with do not waste my time. Put me on your no bid list.
