Put it at .99 and let it go. Then you will know the true value of a card. If it ends and you don't like the price don't send it and take the neg hit. I truly hate BIN or best offer. Most are outrageously over priced to begin with. Case in point I will not even bother with this one. Why, what do I offer? That is a $200 card at best. Last time one of these popped up I offered $200 and was told to not waste his time. That card went unsold with mine as the only offer. The seller contacted me a month later and asked if I still wanted it for $200.I responded with do not waste my time. Put me on your no bid list.

then don't bother to bid on it, I'm not twisting anyone's arm. The Latimore/McDonald went for $281, and the Landry Jones/Bell is at 299.00. Think this is worth at least what those are. I am not going to give the card away. I am a Rams fan and if I don't get a reasonable offer, I'll sit on it for a while.

And what will they bring in 2 years? More likely 50 bucks. Not trying to bust your balls but a bird in the hand is better that 1000 in the bush. If you think you have a $800 put it on ebay at that starting price and see what happens. If you get a bid great. If not you can always sit on it. So what would you pay for that card is the real question you have to ask yourself. Come up with that and you can go from there.

trying to figure out why you needed to post ^.

It's a nice card and all, but this is why eBay created the auto decline price. Glad you set it up and hope you do for all of your future buy it now auctions. Saves a lot of time and threads like this from popping up.

People do lowball offers because A. some idiot out there is accepting them and B. because if there is no auto decline set up, they like the feeling that they may be getting a steal and that the owner doesn't know what their card is worth.

It is obvious you have a price in mind on this and that you are holding if you don't get it......so I don't understand why auto decline wouldn't be on from day 1.
