Just received a box of NT direct from Panini as replacement

FedEX just delivered a box of NT for replacement of damaged Elite auto's returned in March. I finally came to an agreement for replacement and decided to take the box.

My decision is either to rip, or list the box for sale. Let's hear some opinions!

Since the box came direct from customer service, anyone think that the box might be loaded? This is my dilemma, sell or rip. I would hate to find out the box was a great rip.

I did not know that Panini sent out boxes as replacements.

I had some replacement auto's shipped to me (Elite) that were damaged. I sent them back and Panini will update the replacements with an email. I read what they were sending me and refused the delivery and the package was sent back to Panini.

I talked with customer service about replacements, and hinted that I would like National Treasures back in March. No progress for months so I emailed them again mentioning the idea of the replacement. Panini emailed me back and offered to send a box out as replacement and I agreed.
