Kinda. Obviously with the deaths and boneheaded decisions in the cardinals family, you'd think Matheny would give the team a speech about being smart away from the park.
He should hold once or twice a year a team meeting to state he can't babysit them, but give reminder refreshers or education that cars aren't toys and the things likely to kill someone are drunk driving, buzzed driving, driving while on drugs, speeding, tailgating, texting/emailing on a mobile device while driving, lane-weaving, etc. and to be smart when behind the wheel because it doesn't take much to die behind the wheel.
