Knicks get:
Tyson Chandler (deal should be around 4/58m)
Rights to Ahmad Nivins
Rights to Giorgos Printezis

Wizards get:
Ronny Turiaf
2013 NYK 2nd Round Pick
2012 DAL 2nd Round Pick
Cash

Mavs get:
Andy Rautins
2012 WAS 2nd Round Pick

Chauncey Billups was also amnestied to clear cap space for Chandler.

Chandler/Amare best front-court in NBA.

Great signing by the Knicks, a player that can have a huge impact for this team.

He's a great compliment to Stoudemire. Amare doesn't play defense, and Chandler doesn't care about offensive stats.

Chris Paul must be expecting to sign for almost nothing if he is serious about joining the knicks.

I still see Paul coming to the Lakers.
Apparently the trade was resubmitted to the leauge for approval with a few changes.

It would still be possible for Paul to come to NY because there is a new clause in the CBA that allows for teams to restructure contracts (of course with the players permission).

I feel Amare/Melo/Chandler might be willing to sacrifice a few million each to add Paul to the roster in the summer.

It appears Paul will still be traded to LA though, the process to resubmit the modified trade is currently ongoing. No way NO holds onto Paul for the season. Although NY is Paul's preferred destination, he just wants out of NO right now and wants to play for a bigger market contender.

Has he said he'll extend with LA? I don't doubt that he gets traded, but if he really wants to go to NY he can leave after this season.

It has been widely speculated that he would sign an extension with LA. I doubt LA would be willing to give up a decent amount of players without that sort of commitment from Paul.

Knicks have also signed Mike Bibby to a 1-year deal close to the league minimum.
