Konerko should have taken Adrian Gonzalez or Miguel Cabrera's place? I don't think so. 1st base is always tough. Great year but not as good as the two guys picked in front of him.

The rules say you wouldn't have. Players pick the back-up at each position. Young was the 2nd DH picked by the players.

Except for hr's(which dont mean anything if both players are driving in the same amount of runs) and a couple rbis Miggy has had the better season plus he has the star factor that makes people watch the game.
