I recently bought a box of 2008 Bowman Draft that had NO auto. So, I sent the entire box back (with all cards) and within 5 days, I got my box back (with all cards) and a Lonnie Chisenhall auto. I'm happy with the CS. Great turnaround time.

Now, if they can do that with the redemption.....

I sent the box and paid $5 to ship it to them. They sent my box back (packed very well with peanuts etc.) with the Auto.
