He was out all yr last yr recovering fr tommy John surgery..

I still consider him a big sleeper... And I don't see the reds moving him to the closer roll jus yet... He still has the stuff to make it as a starter IMO.
We'll see tho... Be it it's only the rc league he still is showin tons of promise.

Kyle was one of the players that I had hoped the Jays would pick up in the '07 draft. His skills were definitely raw compared to players the same age (US highschool kids). Canadian players tend to take more time to develop. But his upside at the time was huge. He is still only 20 and the TJ surgery has set him back. Lotzkar has to be pushed next year to see if he will sink or swim.

Lotzkar probably had the worst mechanics of anyone I've ever seen. Unless he's drastically changed how he throws there's no way he'll have a very long career. Hell, he was drafted 3 years ago and is still in the NWL
