OK, easy one here. Which team wins the Super Bowl?

I can only list 9 specific teams, so if you got another choice: Select other and post name in the thread.

Thanks!

I say Cowboys over Steelers, if the Boys don't make it I see the Steelers winning it again, but then again I doubt Big Ben can get as lucky as he did last yr...

Ben's greatest skill is his luck.

A combination of the two
I took the Pats. This is the first year SD has a real chance, IMO, but the Merriman thing today will hurt their chances. Indy doesn't have the defense OR the offense this year (no Harrison, mediocre running game, no-name #3 WR), Eli can't do it without a legit #1 WR, Tennessee has no QB, etc. I think the Pats have the fewest holes...depth at RB, depth at OL, two top WRs, best QB, insane DL depth (insane enough that they traded away a 5 time pro browler and are still stacked), and a lot of young talent in the secondary. Their starting LB corps is great (Adalius Thomas, Jerod Mayo, Gary Guyton) but they could be hurting with an injury to one of them, especially Mayo.

The Pats are definately my #2 team in the AFC, they pretty much cleared out the older guys on defense from the super bowl years (Seau, Brushci, Vrabel, Harrison, Seymour and co.)

What is New Englands RB depth chart looking like right now? I don't know what roles any of the guys have.

The RB position is NE's "hole" (if you want to call 5 mediocre runningback's having "depth" then I think every team in the NFL has depth at the RB position- having 5 warm body's on the roster is not hard to do). Sure Fred Taylor "was" a good RB in hid prime, but his prime has run out (although I think he could be the best of the bunch if given enough carries, which won't happen IMO). You got L.Maroney who hasn't lived up to his 2006 draft billing & could steal the first half of F.Taylor's old moniker: "Fragile" (being that Maroney gets put on the IR everytime he sneeze's- exageration but you know what I mean..."Fragile Roney" sounds catchy! :P ). BenJarvus Green-Ellis= average at best. Kevin Faulk & Sammy Morris are nothing too special (though Morris could compete with Taylor for the "starter" of this club, as those 2 are the better ball-carrier's on this roster)...K.Faulk is an average pass-catcher & special-teamer- that is all!

I love the Pats offense but the big weakness & hole of the Patriots team is thier ground game (which it has been since Dillon left). :D

Faulk is the best third down back in the league, and it's not even close. They don't have a true featured back, yes, but Taylor/Maroney/Morris is more than adequate when you have such a good passing attack. BJGE was kept on the roster in case of injury, because it's almost a guarantee that 1 of those 3 gets hurt at some point.
Honestly, you need to watch more football if you think Faulk is an "average pass catcher and special teamer." That's painfully far off.

agreee, faulk is getting old but that guy just has a nose for getting past the first down marker
