LCS in DC/NoVa area?

Any recommendations on a card shop in the DC/Northern VA area? Looking to bust a couple boxes and looking for a place that's trustworthy and not outrageously overpriced.

Too bad BO doesn't have a retail pickup location!

there is one in sterling that ive never been to. cant remember the name. there is another in fredericksburg but they are way overpriced on most wax. only other i know of is in maryland.

anime pavillion in falls church, a guy named gene sells sports cards in there and has good prices on wax and nice guy, been buying from him for about 20 years now

The guy who owns the shop in Sterling is named Kevin. He's pretty reasonable. It's called Collector's Corner.

J&K Sportscards in Beltsville MD near Ikea. Was a good shop when I lived there but that was several years ago.
