Seems odd to me that he bought a case when he made 40 posts in an earlier topic stating before hand that he didnt like the product and would never waste any money on it.

Brian, for all the crap you get, you definitely go above and beyond. I don't know many ceo's who would give their personal cell phone number to a disgruntled customer. I'm looking forward to meeting you at the National.

i ran the numbers on this product, and you have a 100.00 % chance of losing money.
is there any other product on earth that you set out to spend 6 bucks on so you can
knowingly lose 3 on? even hard core gambles dont know they are going to lose,
they think they could win. every case is a loser, yes people keep ripping, knowing
they have zero shot.

I spoke to Brian via cell. I appreciate him responding so quickly and so professionally. We had a nice conversation and the issue is resolved.
The reason for the generic post was simply that I did not remember Brian's screenname here and I figured it would be the easiest way to reach out to him (which it was). I didn't include specific details as to the problem as I wanted to hear his side before I jumped to any assumptions. And, in the end, it was my mistake, which I take full responsibility for.
I broke the product as part of a group break. After re-reading the previous discussion and watching a couple breaks, my "breakers" and I decided to try a case as a potential investment break. We didn't do well, and I have no problems with that-- that's how it goes. I was NOT upset that we didn't do well. The problem in question was of a totally different nature and, as I said, was my mistake.
I appreciate Brian and his professional attitude and the effort he puts into the products.

Sounds like a scam to me. Lets see your break with a hand written note of your user name on the cards you got. No reason to take advantage of Brian just because he provides better customer service than any other manufacture. Post scans and lets see if Brian has them in his checklist.
