How about Lebron, Shaq and Jamison? Duncan, Parker, Ginobili? Nash, Richardson, Amare?

They had Nash, Joe Johnoson, Amare, and one more I can't remember. Their problem is Nelli Ball will never win a Championship.

Thanks for backing up my point on both accounts. Again, lots of talent doesnt equal championships.

uhh name a team with three superstars in the past that has failed? There has not been one so what are you basing your argument on? The closest there has been in basketball recently has been jordan and pippen, kobe and shaq and that turned out pretty good

The Lakers had 4. Shaq Kobe, Malone, and Payton. Yes Malone and Payton were at the end of their career but that was 4 bonafide superstars.

haha are you being serious...payton and malone were TERRIBLE, saying they were at the end of their career is putting it light

Are you honestly telling me that at the beginning of that year you didn't think the Lakers would win it all? Malone was not terrible he was serviceable. Payton was terrible though. Hell people were actually talking about them making a run at the Bulls record.

were they the favorites..yes, but to say they are comparable to wade bron and bosh is funny (and that lakers team made it to the finals to)

Agree 100%. Especially when super sized egos are involved. Look what happened to USA basketball. Coach K had to bring in some role players at the exception of some "superstars."

jamison is not even CLOSE to wade or bosh and shaq is at the end of his career, im sorry but that was just a dumb statement

once agian parker and ginobli are NO WERE NEAR wade and bosh and they still one championships

nash richardson and amare is flat out laughable, its obvious you dont wathc basketball

Amare, Nash and Joe Johnson.
Now whats your excuse going to be? Too young? A white guy thrown in there doesnt count? The laughing is at you trying to justify yourself...and failing. You might watch more basketball but you clearly dont know more about what leads a team to wins.

I'll take that exact team that year over this Miami Heat team any day of the week. You have proven winners in Shaq, Kobe, and Malone. Face it the only reason Malone doesn't have a ring is Jordan. That team will mop the floor with this team. Bosh is not a super star.

I figured you'd have a garbage excuse. Bosh wasnt all that spectacular his first couple of years either. He STILL isnt a superstar. Is he good? Hell yes he's good. One of the most agile big man in the league. Superstar, no, not at all....at least not yet.

I will be the 1st to say Congratulations to Lebron...He stated that from day1 he wanted to win championships and Miami/Chicago offered that more then Cleveland does!!! I'm disappointed that he is leaving but i understand his decision.

Now as a Cavs fan we need to move on NOW.I believe we have 11 million now to work with.It will be a hard climb back but we can be playoff team next year if the money is spent right.

Lebron is a tool. I absolutely hate him. He lost the little respect I had for him. He wasted a half hour of my time to tell me what I already knew. Plus, he just abandoned his Cavs.

I applaud your optimism, yet weep for your false hopes  . Nothing against Cleveland, I just don't see them getting enough to rebound this coming season. Best of luck to them though.

I hope Cleveland somehow beats the Heat in the playoffs, although I don't see them sniffing the playoffs.

Being an ALL STAR doesnt make you a SUPERSTAR. Joe Johnson has always been good. He's just gotten better. I've watched him since he played at Arkansas. His stats got better because he went from a team where he was a secondary star to a team where he was the main attraction. You get more shots, you'll probably score more points. THATS not hard to understand.

For the hobby, it probably drops Cleveland off the list of VERY few cities where NBA card sell well. Hoops cards have always done well down there, even foreigners.

But I don't see that big a spike in sales. Certainly not enough to sustain it for too long.

Just MHO. Hope for the stores' sake, I'm wrong.

Remember:

It's the NBA. Nobody cares.

Dude on ESPN hit the nail on the head when he said he was sad because we'll no longer see the same Wade and Lebron that we've seen the past 7 years.
Think that's got to be the case for them to win and become a "team".

It's weird but I never disliked Lebron, but after this whole process I'm starting to agree with everything Skip Bayless says.

And for the record Bosh is still just a good player on a crappy team until proven otherwise. :P
Not that he won't step up.....but seen enough guys that can avg. 18-20 pts and 10 boards on losing teams, and they seem to get worse when put in pressure situations.

He said this was a humbling experience. I don't think he knows what that means.
