Lenticular sets

One of my favorite types of cards are lenticular/3-d cards. I've been working on the 95-96 Flair Hot Numbers set and I'd like to build a few more. From what I can find, here are the sets I know of

-95-95 Flair Hot Numbers
-95-96 Flair Play Makers
-1996 Fleer USA (3 subsets: Around The World, In The Beginning, and Defining Moments)
-96-97 Fleer Thrill Seekers
-96-97 Metal Molten Metal

Are there any other sets or one-off cards out there? I'm aware of stuff like the Lebron City Heights and UD North Carolina cards from this year; I'm only interested in 90's stuff right now

1999-00 EX E-Xceptional Red, Green (/500), and Blue (/250)

I think that's all of them. When I got into basketball cards those were the sets I gravitated to, and I don't recall any others off-hand.
