If he gets through 7 I'll be cheering for him and say screw you Rangers, but until then go Rangers.

Lester has been so streaky this year.
He's had four very good games, and the rest were terrible, resulting in a 4-5 record and 5.25 era this season.
I hope the Rangers can string some hits together and beat him.

Just got home and saw this - hopefully you didn't jinx him.

The crazy thing is (if mlb.com is right) he only has 52 pitches in 5 innings? And he has 9 strikeouts already! The Rangers must be swinging at everything, or he must really be in a zone. Hope he keeps it up :D

Andrew Miller is perfect through four.

Can't wait to see how long that lasts (my guess is a third of an inning longer..).

Maine of course......
...and Big Papi just hit his 2nd HR of the year, hitting the Pesky Pole, about 303 ft down the RF line. Just barely got it..... ;)

Wow that was the cheapest home run I've ever seen. I don't care though, I'm happy for Ortiz.
Lester looks absolutely amazing. Good luck to him

I'm now cheering for the perfecto since the Rangers are pretty much out of it unless he folds like a house of cards in the later innings...

No kidding, right? :D  His lost his tempo a little bit

He has looked incredible tonight though, he is VERY fun to watch when he is on.....and he has a no hitter in the books, so a win is just as important right now.

GO SOX!

Went to Fridays game and Saturdays gem by Lester. We sat in section 37 and the fans were absolutely crazy. Lester was incredible and the fans love some big Papi. I had a blast everybody was high fiving each other when the Sox scored and WE started the wave after many beers and multiple trys. The people of Boston are a cool bunch of people that absolutely love their team.
