Regarding the panini America exclusive 1/1 cards, I see absolutely nothing wrong with them especially since the black 1/1s are pack issued, so nothing taken out.
I also see nothing wrong with topps vault stuff regardless if they sell for $9.99 or $9,999.99
In fact, I'm ok with the companies doing something like this on a limited basis.
I WOULD have a problem with topps taking one gold refractor auto, one Orange refractor auto, etc of every player in a pack issued product and putting it their vault though.
