Topps is also hiring - Customer Service Manager. I applied and got a response from the headhunter they are using to fill the role. Don't think I'll get it (or even an interview), but I did it more as a way to communicate to Topps the KIND of person they need to be seeking out. Hopefully they will take it to heart and seek someone that will aim to turn around that department.

BG - good luck in the hire! I would do it in a heartbeat if it were not for the Marketing experience you seek. I have some casino marketing experience, but my main background is accounting.

Why waste time applying if it's less than a comparable range to where I'm at now?

I agree. With my customer service knowledge and love of the hobby I would give it a thought if it was worth it. I managed a call center ( tech support) for 10 years,managed hotels, etc. Now I deal blackjack and make 2.5 times more than those jobs. Salary range ( even a broad range) would be nice to know.

The only responses I have seen are from people that have mentioned they have experience and me who said I'd do it if it he wasn't looking for 10 years of it...
