Yep, all are numbered to /45. The "O"s are numbered 18 and 20. From what I see, I completed it just in time because it is getting difficult to come across a whole lot of these anymore. It didn't get too pricey for me fortunately. I actually got some extra's and hope to complete a second set at some point but like I said, its getting more difficult now.

I bet that is a nice set too! I had a good time with this one. It can be challenging once in awhile but always fun...unless for some reason you are one letter short and cant complete! Than its no fun! HaHa
