What can be done if someone is constantly listing and selling fake autographs on Listia?

Listia is a website like ebay where people can list auctions but instead of bidding with money you bid with Listia credits. Now alot of people argue that well it's not real money and only credits so it's not that bad but I would argue against that and here's why.

This one seller on there seems to be always selling fake autographs and then turning around and using their credits to buy real items with real value such as silver and postage stamps.

I have informed Listia about this seller listing fake items but they just don't seem to care.

What if anything can be done?

I have listed his name and feedback below which show his auctions and then some of the bad auctions he has listed.

Thanks

Well the credits with Listia are very real and do have a monetary value.

I myself dealt with this guy once and sent the items back for a refund once I found out they were fakes.

The Listia website though is legit and there are lots of good people listing authentic items but you have a few who don't seem to care and are listing fake items and ruining it for the honest people.

I think the FBI used to get involved with fake and forged autographs but I don't imagine they would do anything nowadays.

Oh sure. Listia is actually a very cool website.

It works just like ebay basically but instead of money you buy and sell using credits.

You have signed up so you should have gotten 500 credits to start with. You can list items on there to sell and earn more credits that way or you can also do surveys and watch videos for credits.

There is a small video and tutorial you can watch that explains it pretty good too.

My username on Listia is the same as here.

Some auctions are free shipping and some aren't. Each auction will have the terms and if there is shipping or not.

I hope it is ok to list my referal number for those who maybe want to sign up? I would get credits if the person who signed up lists and completes and auction and the person signing up under me would get the 500 credits for signing up and then an extra 100 for the referral.
