Little help with a card please.

I pulled this today and was wondering if anyone knew what the material is in the window on the right.
It feels like material not leather, is it part of a glove or shoe?.


Any opinions?

Maybe undershirt padding? I think it is some sort of pad though.

Not to sure, but I thought Panini usually tells you on the back.

It could be a glove or it could be a shoe but I'm not sure enough too bet on it...
