live cashback is so messed up

the first few transactions i had were fine. then that whole fiasco occurred and i finally got my money after numerous emails.
well today, i decide to buy something, and whadya know, it's already in my paypal account. not complaining, just saying it's weird how it goes right into your account sometimes with no waiting

lucky you. i have made quite a few purchases with live.com and have yet to get the instant cash back.

How is that messed up? Its been happening ever since the live discount started? It has become instant cashback more often now than when it first started but nothing weird about it
