As alway, I came away with less than I would have liked but I think quality over quantity was key today. Apparently, last weekend a couple of the guys at the show had been at a different show and a guy walked around trying to sell a sealed box of 97 Bowman for several hours. The guy was turned down and lowered his price all the way from $60 to $15 before he talked someone into buying it. The guy who was lucky enough to pull the trigger landed this and sold it to me today along with a Mike Montgomery Contenders Auto. Crazy how this auto was unearthed after 13 years. Gives hope for the Longo search...

Also, Has anyone seen one sell lately? I'm kinda curious as to what they go for vs. what I paid.

Honestly I'm surprised someone hasn't just pulled the trigger on every single remaining case of 2006 DPP... if I had too much money (like Wossa) that's what I'd do.... you'd recoup at least some of it from the Kershaws and Longos pulled lol.

What are the 06 draft cases going for now?

Blowout has a sale going for $675/case right now. Regular is $850.

Yeah, but the Longoria could be sitting in Joe Smith's closet.

True, but I feel like someone SOMEWHERE would have heard a whisper of it which would have translated into huge waves in the hobby... who knows though. I'll say it was never produced

What hes saying is Joe Smith bought a sealed case to resale and the case is in his closet.
