Yeah, this is just the type of stuff that the NBA's image needs ::facepalm::

It's funny how baseball is behind football and even basketball in some respects, yet doesn't have 1% of the image problem that many NFL and NBA players have.
MLB has roids, NFL and NBA has guns, drugs, etc.

NHL?? Only league without a bad rep for anything?
No one cares about the NHL though.
Whoa...never say that to a Canadian, right G$? ;)

I think it's because the MLB isn't full of a bunch of *****-azz gangster/thug wannabe's. Oh sure there are a few but for the most part it is never shocking to hear from the NBA & NFL.

Yep and you have And1 and their crap traveling sideshow and videos to thank for those in basketball. I 100% believe this story. Gilbert even admitted he had guns in his locker because he didn't want them in his house after his daughter was born. He was a punk of the Warriors and is still a punk.
He said he had them in a lockbox....wouldn't that mean a lock box in a bank?

No, he said he brought them to the facilities and put them in his locker because he didn't know what to do with them. Probably because they're all unregistered.

Well obviously not. The San Diego/Tijuana area has never cared about Hockey before, you guys down there dont care much about Basketball either. You guy are all about Baseball and Football. Although it is way more popular over Hockey, thats just a given, as where can you play Hockey in San Diego? The Farther North you go from your location theres millions of us that do care about it :D Hockey is gaining in popularity every year since Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin came in the league (Back in 2005/06). Now this year Hockey is gaining in popularity again with another hot shot Rookie taking the hobby by storm. John Tavres is the man this year and playing in New York can't hurt his popularity either.
