Actually found these on the shelf at my local WM while doing my regular grocery shopping.

A true shock!!

They’re probably a return but don’t seem to be tampered with.

I’m doing the base set so hopefully they’ll help with that.

Or maybe I’ll post them on eBay for $100,000...

I checked the Target app last night and was able to order 2 of the 2021 Heritage mega boxes for $39.99 ea. plus tax & free shipping. Supposed to be delivered next Tuesday. Today it shows product not available.
